| A.I.R. (Artist In Residence) was created to attract artists in different disciplines to experience their ideas through the printmaking process. Each year, Zygote Press invites specific local artists to develop their ideas through the print medium. We feel that this is a fundamental part of our organization’s mission, to provide dialogue and exchange ideas relevant to printmaking. This residency is two-fold, where the A.I.R. works for nine months to create a body of work with the assistance of the artist-printmakers and interns.
